This product is derived from fresh fruits sorted and cleaned. Kernels are
carefully removed by hand and the fruit is cut before being blanched and
frozen.
The apricots are grown under Egypt sun and they are all highly selected.
They can be most useful in preparing many dessert types: pies, compotes or
jams. We provide sized and non sized halves.
