MAKES 5 SERVINGS / Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large saucepan over
medium heat. Add in a diced onion and sauté until lightly brown. Stir in
1/2 a kilo of meat cubes and sauté until browned. Add the necessary hot
water to cook them with the juice of 2 fresh tomatoes or a tablespoon of tomato
concentrate. Season with salt and condiments as desired. When meat is cooked,
add frozen Givrex Peas and Carrots and add more hot water if needed to cook
them. Serve with rice aside. Givrex Peas and Carrots could also be cooked in
the same manner without adding meat cubes, but with more tomato concentrate.
