MAKES 5 SERVINGS / Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large saucepan over
medium heat. Add in a diced onion and sauté until lightly brown. Stir in
1/2 a kilo of meat cubes and sauté until browned. Add the necessary hot
water to cook them with the juice of 2 fresh tomatoes or a tablespoon of tomato
concentrate. Season to taste with salt and condiments as desired. When meat is
cooked, add frozen Givrex Green Beans with 5 to 6 cloves of garlic. Add
more hot water if needed and leave to simmer until obtaining a tasty sauce.
Serve with rice aside. Givrex Green Beans could also be cooked in the
same manner without adding meat cubes, but with more tomato concentrate.
