MAKES 5 SERVINGS / Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large saucepan over
medium heat. Add in a diced onion and sauté until lightly brown. Stir in
1/4 kilo of minced meat, sauté until browned. Add salt, tomato paste and
the frozen Givrex Spinach to be cooked all together. Heat a tablespoon
of butter in a separate small frying pan; add 5-6 mashed cloves of garlic and a
tablespoon of fresh chopped coriander leaves (Cilantro). Stir immediately into
the spinach. Serve with rice aside. Other recipe: Creamed Spinach
/ Cook frozen spinach in salted water; drain it and pass it through a
sieve, stir in two large tablespoons of cream and milk as desired. Season to
taste with salt. Add in a tablespoon of raw butter and serve it hot.
