MAKES 5 SERVINGS / Bring 4 cups of chicken or beef stock to a boil in a
saucepan. Add frozen Givrex Colocassia with its Greens, season with salt as
desired. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Mash 5 to 6 garlic cloves into a paste,
heat a tablespoon of butter in a small frying pan. Add the garlic, fry until it
is golden brown and stir immediately into the cooking Colocasia.
