MAKES 4 SERVINGS / Molokhia is a green oriental soup highly appreciated in
Egypt. Bring 2 cups of chicken or meat stock to a boil in a heavy sauce pot.
Add the frozen Givrex Molokhia while stirring from time to time until reaching
complete homogeneity. Season to taste with salt. In a separate frying pan, heat
a tablespoon of butter and fry 5 to 6 crushed garlic cloves with a tablespoon
of dry coriander. Stir into the soup, as it starts boiling remove immediately
from the heat. Serve with rice aside and fried chicken.
