MAKES 5 SERVINGS / Prepare the stuffing by combining 1/2 a kilo of ground
meat with 1/2 a cup of rice in a bowl. Add salt and condiments as desired with
a spoonful of butter and toss gently until all ingredients are well mixed.
Leave Givrex Vine Leaves to thaw. Stuff each leaf, shiny side facing
down, with the necessary amount of the filling on the stalk end of the leaf,
then fold in the sides and roll it up neatly to the end to obtain a tight
close. Arrange all the stuffed leaves tightly in the cooking pot. Add about 2
cups of stock place the lid on top and cook them over low heat until cooking is
complete.Towards the end, add lemon juice if desired. Turn over onto serving
dish.
