Ingredients: Carrots, potatoes, celery, leek, zucchini squash.

The traditional vegetable soup recipe: A selection of the best vegetables carefully sorted, washed, peeled, cut then immediately frozen in order to preserve all their natural nutritive and taste characteristics.

MAKES 4 SERVINGS / Bring 3 cups of chicken or meat stock to a boil in a heavy sauce pot. Add the frozen Givrex Vegetables for Soup. Simmer on a moderate heat for about 10 minutes until desired tenderness. Season to taste with salt and lemon juice as desired. Serve it hot.
